Joining Instructions

Yoga Loft Studio classes:

Classes run from 1-2pm on Tuesdays at Queen Charlotte Street Osteopaths, 57 Queen Charlotte Street, BS1 4HQ.

We are reducing class size to 5 students. This allows for social distancing and will mean students can get more individual feedback.

A number of protocols have been put in place as required by the UK Government and Iyengar Yoga UK.

What we’ll be doing to keep everyone safe:

Hand sanitation will be available, even before you enter the building. There is extra cleaning and sanitising throughout the building.

We will instruct you on how to enter the studio and where to place your mat.

Equipment will be quarantined for 72 hours after use ( recommends 48 hours).

Front and back windows will be open during sessions to provide full ventilation.

Sadly there won’t be any manual adjustments (but I may carry a stick!)

I will not be live streaming during face to face classes, so full attention will be on the students in the room.

What you’ll need to do:

All class bookings must be made and paid for online.

Bookings can be made by using the Class Booking Tab on the menu bar.

Please bring your own mat. If you don’t have one, let me know and I can order one for you or organise a loan.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts, but no earlier than 15 minutes before.

Please use the hand sanitiser before you get buzzed into the building. It is in the foyer outside the front door on the left-hand side.

Please wear a mask as you come through the building.

Please leave your bags, belongings and shoes in the boxes or on the hooks in the changing room area on the floor below the Loft. You can bring your valuables up to the Loft.

You don’t have to wear a mask in class but can do so if you prefer.

Most importantly, please don’t come to class if you are feeling ill and have any signs of Covid-19 (cough, fever or loss of taste or smell) or are required to self-isolate.

Face-to-face classes at Yoga Loft will cost £10. No block cards are available at this stage and class can be paid for online when you book.

Face-to-face classes are not available on MoveGB, but you can book for an online Zoom class if you are a MoveGB member.

Online Classes:

Zoom classes are on Mondays. The Intermediate class is 9-10:30am and the General class will now run for 90 minutes, from 6-7:30pm.

Online classes cost £8 with £1 per student going to the domestic abuse charity SafeLives. Concession rates are available – please get in touch if you think you are eligible.

Please let me know if you need instructions on how to join a class using Zoom.

These are the only classes available on MoveGB.  Bookings can be made by using the Class Booking Tab on the menu bar.
